Jinxed

Jinxed

INoah 099 knew that if I blogged about how Noah was sleeping through the night that it would offset him...and of course, it did. Either that or it was the fact that I moved him to his own room last night  Either way...he was up at 2:40, 2:50, 3, 3:30, (and probably a few more times in there but I was too delirious to remember) and finally I fed him at 4 and he slept until 7:40. I am tired today...
We moved Landon to his own crib and room when he was 3 weeks old. We waited to move Noah until he was consistently sleeping better at night so that he would not wake Landon. I made the switch last night, and while my room felt a little empty without him in it, it was kind of nice to reclaim it totally as our own. Then we had the night waking issues...so who knows what I will do. I tend to take things a day at a time with Noah...
Speaking of...he had his two month check today. He is in the 50% for head and length and the 75% for weight. It is so fun to have boys built so differently. Landon was always like 95% for length and 25% for weight and Noah is quite the opposite. I love his chub though...he is so precious! He did great with his shots...although he is quite fussy now. Speaking of...there he goes again.
So while we were in with the doctor Landon pipes up, "Mom, I am discouraged!" He then proceeded to tell me why. The doctor looked at me in disbelief and asked me if she heard him correctly. I assured her that she had...and she said it was amazing that he could say such things and be able to then go on to describe why. I was quite the proud mama. Landon's check-up is at the end of the month. It is the one that lets him get into preschool...which starts Sept 10. I can't believe that my baby is going off to school. Ok, so it is threeschool, but still. I am sure I will devote an entire blog to it closer to his start date...if I know myself at all
I am cutting my hair tomorrow. I will probably hate it...but I hate it now too. I remember this after having Landon...but I was hoping to not have to look ugly for a whole year again. Oh well. At least I live in a house full of boys who think I am pretty, even if I am not
Landon is asleep and Noah is quiet for the moment...so I am going to work a bit more on my cover letter and try to use this time wisely. Have a great day friends.
