Hey friends,
I have been meaning to let you all know I was here safely for days, and just now found the time to do it. I have oh so much to say...but no time to say it. Unlike my normal life where I can keep pushing lunch a little longer by entertaining the kids with a number of tricks, I actually have to be back to class in a half hour...meaning I don't have time to blog about the thoughts swirling through my head. I have learned a lot this week...in class, practically applying my knowledge (I find myself unintentionally diagnosing everyone I know and meet on the street...too much DSM!!!), and just through experiencing a different part of life (away from my kids and husband). More on this later...when I have more than a half of an hour to eat lunch, and drive through very congested and hilly streets (Lynchburg streets are insane, let me tell you).
Suffice for now to say THANK YOU for praying me safely here. In a thirteen hour drive A LOT can go wrong and I praise the Lord my drive was uneventful and beautiful. Again...more on all my adventures later. Oh brother...I am gonna be late. Oh the pressure
